A) Bug abuse Exploiting or abusing bugs in the game is forbidden. Any intentional use of game flaws or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, exploits that affect the game economy, PvP, character progression or any other part of the game. Players are encouraged to report bugs to the administration right away. Violations may lead to warnings, removal of progress and/or equipment, or bans.
B) Multiclient Using more than one client at the same time is forbidden when there is activity in more than one of them. Running more than one game client at the same time to gain an advantage, such as controlling several characters at once in events, bosses, hunts and PvP, is strictly forbidden. This practice can unbalance the game and hurt other players. Exceptions apply to characters that are standing still, such as in a protection zone or in trainer cabins. Violations will lead to disciplinary action, which may include permanent bans.
C) Illegal software Unauthorized or illegal software is not allowed. Using any program, script or tool that automates PvE or PvP gameplay, gives information not available to other players or changes the game in any unauthorized way is forbidden. This includes bots, macros, hacks and any third-party software that interferes with how the game normally works. Special attention goes to scripts for instant magic wall/wild growth renewal during wars; every case must be reported and checked by a team member. We do not accept third-party images and/or videos as proof. Offenders may face immediate and permanent bans.
D) Check Cooperate with the integrity checks run by the administration and understand how they work. The server administration may run periodic checks to make sure every player follows the game rules. These may include software checks, behavior analysis, database checks and other forms of monitoring. Refusing to cooperate or trying to obstruct these checks counts as breaking the rules and may lead to severe penalties, including permanent account bans. Our manual checks will create unusual situations in the game, where you must interact with our team on the spot to avoid immediate punishment. Punishments come with recorded evidence of the player's actions taken by a team member and cannot be disputed after the team's final decision. Bans from external checks are made by analyzing and cross-checking data with our database and, for that reason, cannot be disputed either.
E) Reports Report in the game responsibly and truthfully. Players are encouraged to report suspicious behavior or rule violations to the server administration. However, sending false or malicious reports to harm other players is forbidden. Using the report system responsibly helps keep the game fair. Use the report tool in the game, directly on the character or on the chat messages.
F) Tolerance The server tolerates automation only while training, such as exercise weapons, trainer cabins and magic level training. The ban on automation is our strictest rule, so we will apply penalties whenever our team finds it. Keep in mind that this is a manual check and depends solely on the team member reviewing the case at the time.
G) KS, lure and trap red The administration does not step in on kill steal, lure or trap red, unless they seriously harm the game. Kill stealing (KS), luring (pulling monsters onto other players) and trap red (making players lose equipment with a red skull) can be frustrating, but they are part of the competitive side of the game. The administration will not step in on disputes about these practices, except when they clearly harm the game in a significant and repeated way. Keep in mind that trap red can lead to penalties once multiclient is found in the actions of the players involved. Extreme situations that unbalance or disrupt the server will be reviewed one by one, and action will be taken if needed. Players are encouraged to settle these matters in a friendly and sporting way.
H) Automation in PTCaster You may use PTCaster to attack and kill monsters, but not while you are away. If a player is using PTCaster, the client helper, with monster attacks and/or spell casting turned on, they will go through a standard check by our team. If the player is confirmed to be away, a ban will be applied to the player and to their account.
